The Flower Count Committee would like to invite all grade four and five classes to get outside and start counting blossoms!
Every year we encourage all residents of Victoria to join in this fun event by counting all the flowers they can find. The results are recorded on our website, and the numbers are then released to media outlets across North America to show that spring arrives in Victoria first!
Flower Count 2012 takes place from March 1st to 7th. Teachers are asked to report their class Flower Count numbers by 3:00pm, Monday, March 7th.
The class that counts the most blossoms will win a trip to the Butchart Gardens with transportation provided by LA Limousine in March or April.
